Meeting with the Missionaries

Well, I don’t feel I had the chance to narrow the conversation down as much as I might have liked, but I felt some points were made and I may have introduced some new thoughts into the discussion. For instance, the missionary with whom I spoke (the one who could actually speak English well enough) claimed he had never heard before that Christ ascended bodily into Heaven. Of course, in his gnostic mindset the thought was absurd, but he honestly seemed shocked by the doctrine and claimed it was simply a new thought. So much for having thoroughly investigated “all the other religions”…

On the other hand, I kicked myself for not bringing up Romans 6:9 or Revelation 1:18. I would like to see how a WMSCOG missionary can possibly explain these verses of scripture while they simultaneously claim that Jesus was changed into a spirit and reincarnated into Ahnsahnghong (who they claim is “Christ”) who then later DIED of a cerebral blood clot…
